  I've been a loyal fan of the Habit since I lived in Santa Barbara, at the original location. When I heard they were coming to Vegas I was thrilled! Even better was when they opened up a lot toon on the East Side, my neighborhood!
  
  The Habit is one of the best burger restaurants in America and although this location was a little rough at first (I understood new staff takes time to perfect) they have perfected the customer service that I have grown to love from The Habit.
  
  This location is always clean and well maintained. The service is friendly and efficient. The food never disappoints. My favorites are the veggie burger, sweet potato fries, the original char with cheese, the Santa Barbara Cobb, and the Teriyaki. Make sure you try the onions rings too and don't forget a side of the best ranch in the world.

  My family and I have been loyal to this brand since we first discovered it at the Henderson location. We were elated when they opened a location on the East side. However, the East side location is so small that it is hard to go in and sit down for a meal, which is the best way to experience these burgers. Therefore, we have used DoorDash. Our most recent experience fell well short of expectations, as the burgers were very dry and the order of tempura fried green beans had about four green beans and the rest were fries. It looked as though they just decided we didn't "need" what we ordered. We were all terribly disappointed in this experience.
  
  This was only one really bad experience, but it was significant. If they return to form next time, then I will update this review, but at this point I fear this location of the franchise is slipping and not protecting the reputation of what I considered a premium burger spot.
  
  3 Aug 19 - As promised, wanted to provide an update.  I gave this location another shot and they returned to true form. I can't jump back to a 5 star rating on just one good performance, but I'm relatively sure they were just having a bad day.

  Although the food & prices are great. The staff was great when it first opened but I don't know if they hired new people or not cause it went from 100 to 0 in a week. I'm currently yelping right now cause I've been waiting about 30 minutes for my order. We went to check the counter & they're literally just standing around waiting for the burgers to cook themselves.
  
  Update: We waited in the restaurant for 45 minutes come to find out they never made our food. They even second guessed us about placing our order like we didn't have a receipt or anything.
  
  Moral of the story is, there's an In and Out Burger down the street.

  Went to this location to wait in their drive through for what seemed forever when there were only two cars ahead of me but whatever sometimes you just have to wait. What really made the service terrible is I only ordered the chicken Cesar salad with dressing on the side and on the first fork full, there's a not of hair. After moving it aside to inspect the rest I find more hair. I try to call ahead of time and apparently their call center is separate from the restaurant and the dispatcher said she couldn't do anything. Once I arrive back to this place I show the manager and at first she acted like she couldn't see the hair but said she'd get me another salad then went to the other manager and in a snarky tone whispers "how is this even possible?" And ignored me the rest of the time like if I had placed it. Why in the world would I bring back a full salad just to ask for another salad??? Point being, the staff is rude and should wear hair nets. Go elsewhere.

  Brand new burger place just opened up in our neighborhood and what a welcome this place has received! I love this place already because the staff is super friendly and upbeat. They also explain what's in the burgers and let you customize it. They have lemonades and teas besides sodas and juice. I also like that they have a self serve pepper & jalapeño station.
  I have no gripes about the place being dirty because it's brand spanking new. Tonight was the grand opening so all the staff and personnel were very attentive. Kitchen staff was on point because the place was packed and food was flying fresh out of the kitchen constantly!
